Castlemore receives perfect Considerate Constructor Scheme Score

Castlemore Homes was proud to receive a perfect score in our latest Considerate Constructor Scheme Monitor’s Report for our development of 33 homes in Bucklesham, Ipswich.

The development scored full marks in all three categories back in December – Respect the Community, Care for the Environment and Value the Workforce.

This score puts Levington Lane in the top 7% of Residential sites for the whole of 2023.

The CCS report noted that ‘the initial impression is of a level of excellence with the site being immaculate, clean and tidy’. The monitor also noted that ‘opportunities for integration with the local community have been maximised’ whilst the ‘general health, including mental health and wellbeing of the workforce’ on site had been ‘appropriately considered’.
